Mission:
1. Constituting and implementing the supervision and assessment mechanism.
2. Constituting and implementing the welfare mechanism
3. Organising management training programme for members
4. Securing preserving and handing-on the experience of current CSSA-CAM.
5. Developing and standarising the image and working procedure of CSSA-CAM
6. relative reception work
